Our website uses cookies to make our website easier for you to use and better tailor them to your interests.
The Powercat Company wants to understand how you users utilize our website, so that we can improve upon the experience – to do this we employ Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel. As with many of these services, Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel track a user’s interaction with websites via first-party cookies, and this is how we collect information about how users use Horizon’s website. We then utilize this information to help improve our website features as well as to compile reports about usage. We do not identify specific visitors in such reports – we only disclose website usage and trends. The information collected by Horizon Yachts is not distributed or sold.

Exercising Rights: You may make a request for access and/or deletion by contacting us. We will verify your request by contacting you after receiving your request to verify your identity. If you make a request to delete your personal data, certain products and/or services may no longer be available to you. Additionally, we are not able to respond to your request to delete or provide you with personal data if we are unable to verify your identity and/or authority to make a request on behalf of others.

No Sale of Personal Data: In the preceding twelve (12) month period, The Powercat Company has not sold personal data as the term “sell.” We also will not sell personal data in the future.
